CREAMY, CHEESY LASAGNA
My modifications on an old classic - easy to put together, and yummy comfort food! Please note the title - beware: less is not more here :)

Steps:
- In a dutch oven or very large skillet, brown the meat. Add the onion powder and garlic and cook a couple of minutes more.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, paste, water and seasonings.
- Cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
- With mixer or food processor, mix the cream cheese, ricotta and eggs.
- Preheat oven to 350, and spray a large lasagna pan (11x15) with cooking spray.
- Layer half the noodles in the bottom of the pan, breaking the noodles as needed.
- Add half of the meat sauce, and spread evenly over the noodles.
- Gently spread the cream cheese/ricotta mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Lay the sliced Mozzarella on top of the cream cheese layer, covering completely.
- Lay the remaining lasagna noodles on top of this.
- Top with remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over the entire casserole.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
- NOTE: You could divide this into two smaller casseroles and freeze one.

EXTRA CHEESY LASAGNA FOR ROY
I don't eat lasagna myself but I do make it on occasion for my family. When we used to live in this little side by side duplex, I swear that my neigbor Roy could smell it through the walls. I still make it every time I go down to see him and his girlfriend. And yes it does say 2 lbs of mozarella. The man loves his lasagna cheesy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine 1 lb mozarella, parmesan and eggs.
- Mix well.
- On bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish, spread 1 cup pasta sauce.
- Top with half each of the uncooked lasagna noodles, egg mixture, ground beef, remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella.
- Repeat layering.
- Top with parsley.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
- Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers (if you have them).

MY FAMOUS CHEESY, HEAVY-DUTY LASAGNA
This is so flavorful, cheesy and can build arm muscle by just lifting it! I'm famous for this lasagna and it's always a requested meal with company.

Steps:
- In a skillet, brown beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Add the next seven ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, parsley, cottage cheese, ricotta, parmesan.
- Spread 1 cup of meat sauce in an ungreased 9x13inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles.
- Layer 6 slices of provolone over noodles.
- Layer 2 cups cheese mixture & 1-1/4 cup mozzarella cheese over provolone.
- Layer 3 noodles.
- Layer 2 cups meat sauce.
- Layer remaining cheese mixture & 1 1/4 cup mozzarella.
- Top with remaining noodles, then meat sauce, then mozzarella. Dish will be full.
- Cover with foil (leave room in between foil and cheese so it doesn't stick).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
- Let stand 15 minutes.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet with garlic; drain. Place in large bowl. Mix sauce and seasoning. Add 1 cup to meat with mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs; mix well.
- Drain noodles; rinse. Spread 1/3 cup meat mixture onto each noodle; top with 1 Singles piece. Roll up. Spread half of the remaining sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with lasagna rolls, seam-sides down, and remaining sauce. Cover.
- Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining Singles pieces; bake 5 min. or until melted.

CHEESY CHICKEN LASAGNA
This is a recipe I have been using for quite some time that I grabbed off of realmomkitchen.com. So I figured I would put it on here to keep up with it. I love extra sauce so you might want to double it. Not sure on how many it serves, family of four and we had left overs for the next day after everyone had seconds (and some had thirds)

Steps:
- Cook the chicken and noodles first at the same time.
- Once noodles are done-rinse in cold water and set aside (it keeps them from sticking together).
- Combine evaporated milk (don't use fat-free version) and Ranch dressing in a 3 quart heavy saucepan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until dry ingredients are dissolved.
- Stir in chicken and pepper.
- Simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes (don't do any less), stirring frequently.
- Layer half of lasagna noodles, poultry sauce, and cheese in well-buttered 9×13 pan.
- Repeat layers again.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

- Brown meat with garlic and oregano in large saucepan. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes.
- Mix egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan until blended. Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. - sauce:.
- in a medium saucepan combine whipping cream, butter or margarine, and grated parmesan cheese. cook over medium low heat until smooth. remove from heat. sauce will thicken upon standing.
- preheat your oven to 425°F.
- cook lasagna noodles as directed, run through cool water, set aside.
- in a large baking pan, spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce on the bottom and cover with the first layer of lasagna noodles.
- beat an egg into the ricotta cheese to make it easier to spread, and spread a thin layer over the noodles.
- sprinkle a 3rd of the feta cheese over the ricotta, slice the mozzarella and use half to cover, sprinkle with a 3rd of both fontina and asiago.
- add the next layer of noodles.
- pour half of the alfredo sauce on top of the noodles. it does not matter if the sauce hasn't thickened, it will be easier to spread and it will thicken in the oven.
- sprinkle a 3rd of feta cheese, a 3rd of fontina, and a 3rd of asiago over the alfredo sauce.
- add the next layer of noodles.
- pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the top layer, use about 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce or tomatoes as well to cover.
- add the remaining feta, fontinella, and asiago cheeses. slice the last half of the mozzarella and place on top to cover. sprinkle with remaining cheeses, basil and red pepper flakes.
- loosely cover with foil and bake for thirty minutes. remove foil and cook until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
