Steps:

Chill salad bowl 30 minutes. Put salad mix in bowl, add onions, olives, pepperoncinis, croutons, tomatoes and cheese on top of the salad. Mix ingredients of dressing in a blender. Sweeten with sugar if too tart for your taste. Dressing can be stored for 10 days in refrigerator.

1 bag Dole American Blend Salad
1 red onion sliced
4 black olives
6 pepperoncinis
1 cup croutons
1 medium sized tomato
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Romano cheese
Sugar (optional)

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, red onions and pimentos. Toss together.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese. Refrigerate until chilled and pour over salad to coat. Toss and serve.

In a large glass or wooden salad serving bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and croutons. Add dressing and toss to combine.
Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.

1/4 small red onion, sliced paper-thin
6 -12 pitted black olives
6 mild pepperoncini peppers
1 -2 small roma tomato, sliced
