WORLD'S BEST OREO® FUDGE
This Oreo® Fudge is very sweet with loads of cookies. A pretty addition to any holiday dessert platter.

Steps:
- Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the sugar mixture until completely melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
- Gently fold 1/2 cup crumbled cookies into the white chocolate mixture until just incorporated; spread into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed cookies evenly over the top. Press cookies lightly into the fudge. Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into small squares to serve.

OREO WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
This 3 ingredient fudge is made with oreos, chocolate chips and condensed milk.

Steps:
- Heat condensed milk and white chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until melted, then remove from heat.
- Place all but 4 oreos in a large plastic bag, and break up to smallish peices.
- Mix the cookies and chocolate mixture, and pour into a lined baking tin.
- Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top of the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour till set and cut into 25 peices.

When my husband tried this he asked where I had bought it from and couldn't believe I had made it. I found this recipe on the Eagle brand website and tweaked it a little. It is exactly what you need for a chocolate fix....

Steps:
- Prepare a foil-lined rectangular tin or plastic tupperware container with greaseproof paper.
- Stir milk in a saucepan over low heat with butter until melted.( You can add liquer if you wish at this stage).
- Add chocolate and stir until combined.
- Break oreos into quarters in a bowl and add to chocolate mixture.
- Combine and tip into tin or plastic container.
- Chill for a least 2 hours.
- Pull out the fudge, peel off the paper or foil, cut into small squares and serve.
- Note that you can use a smaller container for thicker pieces of fudge.
- Edited to add: I made a cherry version of this for Valentine's Day last year by adding 1/2 cup of glace cherries, tipping the fudge into a heart-shaped mold and then decorating with cherries, red sugar and whipped cream. It was yummy and looked cute.

- In the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, heat white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
