PORK CHOPS WITH APRICOT SAUCE
From All You magazine. I haven't tried this one yet, but it looks good to me. It says you can use honey or orange marmalade in place of apricot jam, or a flavored mustard. And it says it's good with a tablespoon or two of chopped fresh rosemary or thyme. I don't know why recipezaar and the magazin show such a HUGE difference in nutritional information, but the recipe shows: per serving: 310 calories, 13g fat (2g Sat.), 60mg chol., 0g fiber, 21g Pro., 28g Carb., 577mg Sod.

PORK CHOPS WITH CARAMELIZED ORANGE SAUCE
This is a tasty way to enjoy pork chops and a nice combination of sweet and savory flavors. The pork chops are seasoned with savory spices and simmered in an orange sauce, which caramelizes and thickens into a sticky indulgence. It is best served over hot, cooked rice with sauce spooned over all.

ORANGE PORK CHOPS
I'm constantly on the lookout for ways to "spice up" a standard dish. When I fixed these pork chops for the first time, my husband-who has a hearty appetite for down-home cooking-commented, "You can make this anytime!" We have a 5-month-old son, and he's already showing signs he'll take after his dad in the eating department. Our daughters, 6 and 8 , help me with the cooking. So it's a good thing that I have a large recipe collection!
