Ritz Cracker Coconut Pudding Dessert Recipes

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish., In a large bowl, combine the ice cream, milk, extract, pudding mixes and 2/3 cup coconut until blended. Spread over the crust; top with whipped topping. Toast remaining coconut; sprinkle over top. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. , Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• Soften ice cream and mix together with pudding mix and milk.
• Melt butter.
• Mix with crushed Ritz crackers and press into a 9x11" pan as a crust(just on bottom).
• Pour pudding mixture on top of crust.
• Spread cool whip on top of that.
• Refrigerate.

• 1. Mix first two ingredients and press into a 9x13 glass pan In large mixing bowl, mix ice cream, pudding and milk until well blended. Pour mixture over crust and refrigerate until firm (1/2 hr. to 1 hour). Spread cool whip over pudding. Toast coconut (on cookie sheet) Bake 350 for 3 or 5 min. Sprinkle toasted coconut over top. • 2. Can be made with and flavor Chocolate pudding and Chocolate Ice Cream ALSO YOU CAN USE LEMON PUDDING WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM NO COCONUT, ADD A LITTLE LEMON JUICE TO LEMON PUDDING ZEST SOME LEMON PEEL FOR ON THE TOP. ALSO YOU CAN USE BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING ETC.

Steps:

• Mix 1 1/2 cups of cracker crumbs and butter together and press into the bottom of a glass or foil pan. Reserve remaining 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
• Mix milk and pudding mixes together in a large bowl. Mix in softened ice cream. Pour over crust, top with whipped topping and reserved cracker crumbs. Cover and freeze, at least 2 hours.
• Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw. Cut into 24 pieces.

Steps:

• Crush crackers into crumbs.
• Pour melted margarine into crumbs add sugar, and mix until moistened, save some for top of pudding just for garnish.
• Press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
• Mix pudding ingredients together with a mixer.
• Pour over crust.
• Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs.
• Refrigerate until firm.
• Serve.

Steps:

• 1. Mix filling ingredients in bowl. (pudding mixture will be thick). Mix in: 1 quart of softened ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan), or any other flavor. Use electric mixer on low speed to mix in. Pour over crust.
• 2. Chill for awhile and top with 8 oz. tub of cool whip. Cover the top with toffee bits or desired crushed candy bars.
• 3. Refrigerate until serving time.

• Combine 60 crackers, butter and walnuts in bowl.
• Mix well.
• Pat into nonstick 9"x13" pan.
• Beat pudding mixes in milk in mixer bowl until thick.
• Add ice cream.
• Mix well.
• Spoon into prepared pan.
• Spread whipped cream over all.
• Sprinkle with 10 crushed crackers.
• Chill until set.
