Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. If you do not serve immediately, strain the fruit and add fresh when serving.

1 bottle rose wine
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup triple sec
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup simple syrup, or more to taste
Orange slices, lemon slices, lime slices, apple slices and blackberries

Steps:

  • Combine wine, apple, orange, raspberries in a pitcher, add simple syrup, to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day. Serve over ice, garnish with mint and top with a few splashes of club soda, if desired.

2 bottles cold rose wine
1 green apple, thinly sliced
1 orange, halved and thinly sliced
1 pint fresh raspberries
Simple syrup, to taste
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Club soda, cold, optional

  • Stir together red wine, Cointreau, lime, and orange. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Top with seltzer.

1/2 cup Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
1/2 lime, thinly sliced
1/2 orange, thinly sliced and cut into wedges
Ice
1 1/2 cups chilled seltzer

  • In a large 1-gallon pitcher, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine and dissolve the sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2 (750-ml) bottles your favorite rose wine
1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling water or club soda
3/4 to 1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced nectarines or peaches
2 blood oranges or navel/seville oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients, except the sparkling water and mint, in a large jug and stir to combine. Leave in the fridge for about 1 hr or until chilled, then top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves to serve.

  • Chop the orange (leaving the skin on). Slice the strawberries. Add both to the bottom of a pitcher, sprinkle with sugar and stir. Let them stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  • After 20 minutes, pour in the rosé wine and brandy. Add the fresh mint and lemon rounds. Stir and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours. (Don’t go beyond 4 hours or the fruit texture starts to degrade.)
  • Pour the sangria into ice filled glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water (if desired). Add fruit to each glass, preferably on long skewers for easy snacking.
