Rum Negroni Recipes
KINGSTON NEGRONI
The bartender Joaquín Simó created this funky rum twist on the classic Negroni formula while working at Death & Co, a popular New York cocktail bar. According to Mr. Simó, Carpano Antica vermouth possesses enough strength of flavor to stand up to the powerful Smith & Cross, an overproof, pot-stilled Jamaican rum.

Steps:
- Combine all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze orange twist over drink and slip into glass.

Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine the Campari, rum, vermouth and Velvet falernum. Place in the refrigerator (or freezer!) until ready to serve. Serve 3 to 4 ounces in each glass with lots of ice. Garnish with a dried pineapple, mint sprig and orange peel.
