SAUTEED SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and herbes de Provence. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes each side.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, turmeric, and basil until smooth. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Place the yogurt mixture in a dipping bowl.
- Place the bowl of dipping sauce on a serving platter with the cooked shrimp.
CARROT SESAME SHRIMP STIR-FRY RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the shrimp and season with ¼ teaspoon of the salt.
- Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Toss in the carrots and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add in the snow peas, garlic, and soy sauce and sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss the shrimp back into the pan, sprinkle on the sesame seeds, and mix until everything is well incorporated and the shrimp is fully cooked, about 1 minute.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 4 bowls and sprinkle with a few more sesame seeds, if desired.
- Enjoy!

- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook until soft but not browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, oregano, and red-pepper flakes; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are bright pink and opaque, about 2 minutes.
- Raise heat to medium-high, and add wine. Continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side.

Add white wine and Worcestershire sauce; cook until sauce is slightly reduced and flavors come together, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the sauce and cook until pink, 5 to 7 minutes more.

- Shell shrimp. Mince garlic and with a mortar and pestle coarsely grind caraway seeds. In a 10- to 12-inch heavy skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and sauté shrimp, stirring, 2 1/2 minutes. Add garlic and caraway seeds and sauté, stirring, until shrimp are just cooked through, about 30 seconds more.
- Serve shrimp with lemon wedges and cabbage.
SAUTEED CHICKEN WITH CARAWAY AND CREAM

- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine in a medium mixing bowl with 2 T vegetable oil.
- Toss to coat.
- Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Fry chicken strips until golden all over but pink inside, about 1 minute per side.
- Remove from pan and reserve.
- In same pan, add white mushrooms and shallots and cook over moderate heat until soft, about 2 minutes.
- Add caraway seeds and carefully cook just until aroma is released, about 1 minute. (It's easy to burn the seeds).
- Remove from heat.
- Add Madeira and cook over high heat until reduced by half and stir in drained soaked mushrooms and cream.
- Reduce by about half, or until cream has thickened sauce to suit your taste.
- Reduce heat, stir in remaining seasonings, and return chicken and juices to pan to reheat.
- When sauce returns to a boil, remove from heat, and serve.
- Spoon chicken over a bed of wide egg noodles.
- Ladle on sauce and serve immediately.
