Steps:
- Bring to a boil the syrup, butter and brown sugar. Cool slightly. Mix the cereal and Pecan halves and divide into two 9 x 13 pans that have been sprayed with Pam. Divide the coating evenly and pour over the cereal/nut mixture in the 2 pans. Bake @ 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour onto wax paper and cool. After it's cool, break apart and store in a covered container. (**makes about an ice-cream bucket full, approx. 22 cups**)

- You may add nuts if you desire.
