- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute spinach in oil for 2 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. , Add the shrimp, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt; saute 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain fettuccine and add to skillet; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. 2. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic to pan; cook 1 minute. Remove garlic from pan with a slotted spoon; place in a small bowl. Increase heat to medium-high. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper to pan; cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally. Add pasta, spinach, and garlic to pan; cook 1 minute or until the spinach wilts, tossing to coat. 3. Sprinkle with cheese.

- In a large pot, heat the butter over medium-high heat until browned.
- Toss in the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. Sear just until pink on both sides. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic and bacon until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in the spinach and stir until it begins to wilt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir the pot to combine. Let the sauce come up to a simmer and reduce until thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the fettuccine, sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle in the parsley and add the shrimp back to the pot. Toss until everything has warmed through.
- Remove from heat and serve. Top with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in the butter for about one minute. Pour in half and half; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, mix in parsley and salt. Stir frequently making sure it does not boil. Sauce will take a while to thicken.
- When sauce has thickened, combine with cooked pasta noodles; serve hot.

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add the onion to the skillet, and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute or two.
- Add the broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and the pasta. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Cover the skillet, reduce to LOW and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
