This simple slow cooker recipe is a must have for busy people.

Steps:
- Combine hash browns, cream of chicken, sour cream, 1.5 cups of cheese, cheddar cheese soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in your slow cooker.
- Place the lid on and cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for about 4-5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix well and add in remaining 1.5 cups of cheese.
- Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top.

- In a 4-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Stir in hash browns and 1-1/2 cups cheese. Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 4-5 hours, sprinkling with remaining cheese during the last 5 minutes.
