Steps:
- Lightly crush 2 cups of caramel popcorn and mix with the uncrushed popcorn.
- Add the butter and marshmallows to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until hot and the marshmallows are beginning to melt, 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Stir very well until completely combined.
- Add the food coloring to get the desired bright green color (we used 10 drops yellow and 1 drop green) and stir until evenly distributed.
- Add the popcorn and stir very well to completely coat.
- Serve immediately or place in a small slower cooker on low heat to stay warm.

- Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows. Stir 7 to 8 min. until completely melted. Mix in vanilla and green food colouring. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in popcorn until coated.
- Method 1: Using wet hands or buttered spatula, spread popcorn mixture onto parchment lined-baking sheet into slab about 1-in. (2.5 cm) thick. Bake at 350°F (180°C) 5 min.; cool completely. Break into smaller pieces for serving.
- Method 2: Cool popcorn mixture slightly. Using wet hands, working quickly, shape popcorn into 16 balls. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.

- Remove all of the kernels from the cooked popcorn. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often. Spray a wooden spoon or spatula with cooking spray the marshmallows(the spray will keep the marshmallows and popcorn from sticking to the spoon). Stir until marshmallows are melted. Add a few drops of food coloring to the pot and stir until color is evenly distributed. Add popcorn and candy and combine until evenly coated.
- To make easy popcorn balls, spray hands with cooking spray. Form into a ball right away before. Serve or, wrap each ball with plastic wrap and store at room temperature. Best if eaten within 2 days.
