S'MORES DIP
A sized-up, super chocolatey twist on the classic American campfire treat. This s'mores dip will be gone before you can say 'mini marshmallow'

Steps:
- Heat the chocolate, milk and 200g of the marshmallows in an ovenproof frying pan over a low heat until melted and smooth. Top with the remaining marshmallows in circles so that the whole surface is covered.
- Grill on high for 1-2 mins until the marshmallows are toasted. Serve with digestives and strawberry and pineapple skewers for dunking.

- Spread chocolate chips in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Arrange marshmallows on top.

- Serve graham crackers alongside the dip.

I love S'mores but where I live most times it is too cold to go outside and make a fire and roast marshmallows. I saw this recipe on Pinterest and decided to try it, It was delicious.

- In a small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally (stopping about every 30 seconds to stir), until chips are melted. Stir to mix well. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan, spreading evenly.
- Drop marshmallow cream by tablespoonfuls randomly over chocolate mixture. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds or until marshmallow cream is softened. Immediately with a knife, make several small swirls through marshmallow and chocolate, creating a marbled appearance.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Steps:
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Coat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow cream in a large bowl until well combined. Spoon one-third of the cream cheese mixture into the skillet and spread into an even layer. Top with half the candy bar pieces, one-third of the crushed graham crackers and one-third of the marshmallows.
- Spoon half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the marshmallows and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining candy bar pieces, half of the remaining crushed graham crackers and half of the remaining marshmallows. Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the marshmallows and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle with the peanuts.
- Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid. Cook until the center of the mixture is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Drizzle with the chocolate fudge and caramel toppings and serve with graham crackers.

- Reserve 10 marshmallows for later use. Add remaining marshmallows to chocolate mixture. (Do not stir.) Microwave 1 min. Let stand 1 min.; stir just until marshmallows begin to melt. Spoon into pie plate.
- Cut reserved marshmallows in half; place, cut sides down, on dip. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown.
