- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Sift whole wheat flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl.
- Combine bananas, strawberries, honey, oil, egg, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until small chunks remain or mixture is completely smooth. Pour over whole wheat flour mixture; mix until batter is combined.
- Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly coat 12 muffin tin liners with cooking spray and place in muffin tin.
- In large bowl, mash bananas with fork.
- Whisk in egg, milk, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add flour mixture to banana mixture and combine well.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Spoon equal amounts of batter into 12 muffin cups.
- Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly in pan, then remove to wire rack.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- Combine the butter, milk, and egg in a small bowl and beat it lightly. In a larger bowl, pour in your flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar and gently mix it. Toss in the chopped strawberries and sliced banana, then stir to coat with the flour mixture. Pour in your milk mixture and stir it all up together.
- Fill up the muffin cups with your batter, then place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
- Beat sugar, butter, flax seed, vanilla, and eggs together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together in a separate bowl. Mix creamed sugar mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, into the flour mixture until fully incorporated and batter is stiff. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C and grease a 16 cup muffin pan or place 16 paper muffin cup liners in muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, oil, sour cream (or plain yogurt can be used) and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas, chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. - Preheat oven to 350*.
- Mash banana's in a bowl. Add the 2 lightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
- In a seperate bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add about 1/2 cup at a time to banana and egg mixture. Mixture will be thick and a bit sticky.
- Place cupcake liners in a muffin pan. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 18 cups of 2 standard 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in bowl for the streusel topping until well combined. Mix in melted butter and vanilla until mixture resembles wet sand. Set aside.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt for muffins in a large bowl until combined. Add strawberries and chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed in the flour mixture.
- Whisk sugar, egg, and melted butter together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Add buttermilk and vanilla extract and whisk until thoroughly incorporated. Add buttermilk mixture to the flour mixture and gently fold just until no dry clumps of flour remain. Do not overmix.
