MORNING SUNRISE SMOOTHIE

Fruit and vegetable smoothies are popular breakfast foods for good reason: They are fast, easy, nutritious, delicious, and portable! This one is like a liquid sunset in a glass. At lunch, a delicately poached egg turns a green bean salad into a silky indulgence thanks to the runny yolk, which fortifies the dressing.
