Tequila Lime Jello Shots Recipes

Steps:

• Put 1/4 cup cold water in a small microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin. Let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
• Microwave the mixture until the gelatin liquefies, about 20 seconds. Stir to make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved. Combine the tequila and lime juice in a liquid measuring cup and stir in the gelatin mixture.
• Cut 1/4 inch off the stem end of each jalapeno and use a 1/4-teaspoon measure to scoop out the ribs and seeds from each. Stand the jalapenos cut-side up in a plastic container large enough to fit them in a single layer, wedging them as much as possible so they stay in place without causing them to break or change shape. Pour some of the gelatin mixture into each, filling them just to the top (about 2 tablespoons in each). Refrigerate until the gelatin is set, at least 6 hours and preferably overnight.
• Combine the lime zest, sugar and salt in a small bowl and rub with your fingers until the lime zest is evenly mixed in.
• Using a paring knife, trim off and discard the tapered end of each jalapeno, then cut the jalapenos in thirds crosswise. If not serving right away, put the jalapeno pieces on a baking sheet and return to the fridge to chill until ready to serve, up to 2 hours.
• When ready to serve, spread a bed of finely crushed ice on a rimmed serving dish so that it creates a flat surface and arrange the jalapeno pieces on top. Serve with the lime zest mixture on the side.

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold limeade; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in tequila and triple sec. , Pour into 2-oz. shot glasses; refrigerate until set. If desired, garnish rim with salt and lime. To serve in lime wedges instead of shot classes, halve and juice 6 limes (save juice for another use). Scrape out pulp. Arrange halves in muffin tins for stability. Fill with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set; cut each lime half into 2 wedges.

Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of Vodka, and 1/4 cup of Chambord. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. 67. *SCOOBY SNACKS* 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 box of Pineapple Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of Melon Liqueur, and 1/4 cup of Coconut Rum . Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. 68. *TIJUANA TAXI* 2 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 2 packages ofLemon Jello (3 oz size) and stir at least 2 minutes until fully dissolved.Next, add 1 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Tequila, 1/4 cup of Blue Caracao and 1/4 cup of Tropical Fruit Schnapps. Stir until completely combined and give it a chance to cool before pouring into jello shot cups. 69. *RUMMY BEARS* 1 cup boiling water, add any random flavor jello and 1 cup berry vodka, 1 gummy bear in the center of each shot. 70. *WOOWOO* 2 cups boiling water, add 3 pkgs grape jello, 3 pkgs cranberry/raspberry jello, 3 pkgs strawberry jello, 3 cups vodka, 3 cups peach schnapps, 1 can grape juice concentrate and 1 can cran-raspberry juice concentrate (both undiluted!)

Steps:

• Mix boiling water and Jello. Stir for a minute until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients, stir.
• Pour into small paper dixie cups, cool on one or two cookies sheets stacked in the refrigerator.
• Unless you use ice and water for the cold water, allow 5 or more hours for Jello to cool and set.
• For every party I throw, I'll make this recipe and one more from Hazel's site to satisfy the partygoers.

Steps:

• Boil cup of water.
• Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
• Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
• Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
• Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

Steps:
