TRIPLE BERRY COBBLER RECIPE - ENTERTAINING WITH BETH
Web Jun 2, 2023 Step 1: Grease the Cast Iron Skillet I like to use a cast-iron skillet for cobblers because they are oven-to-table desserts. I also find the even heat the cast-iron provides helps to cook the berries to a warm, syrupy texture quickly! But if you do not have a cast-iron skillet, you can also make this in a pie dish or cake pan.

TRIPLE BERRY KETO COBBLER - ALL DAY I DREAM ABOUT FOOD
Web Jul 25, 2021 Use fresh berries. I highly recommend using fresh, as frozen berries get very soft and release more juice, which means a soupy filling. What berries you use is up to you, but keep in mind that blueberries are a bit higher in carbs. Spread them in a non-metal baking dish. Berries can be quite acidic and may react to the metal in a baking pan.
