VEGAN "CHICKEN" BROTH & SEASONING MIX
From my nutritional yeast cookbook, a tasty and flavorful all-purpose powder to make instant "chickeny" broth and would be a good spice mix to use on rice, firm tofu, veggies, old bread, etc. to make vegan "chicken" stufifng. (1 SERVING = 1 TABLESPOON)

Steps:
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or spice grinder fitted with a metal blade and process into a powder.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature Shake well prior to using to redistribute the ingredients.
- To make a broth/soup base, place 1 tablespoon of this mix into a saucepan. Whisk in 2 cups water or vegetable stock/broth and mix well.
- Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, then serve with beans, other veggies, rice/pasta, etc. for a good soup.
HOMEMADE POULTRY SEASONING
Making your own poultry seasoning is easy. This classic version features an aromatic blend led by sage and thyme. Feel free to adjust the quantities to suit your own tastes -- say, dialing up the thyme to replace some of the sage (or vice versa).

VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE BROTH POWDER
This is a base bouillon. Not wanting to use commercial seasonings that have hidden MSG and other additives, I have researched some alternatives. Many recipes include other spices and herbs that may or may not be right for all dishes. This is a base recipe that can be adjusted to your likes and preferences but suit most savory soups and stews. Make sure your products are gluten-free when purchasing because some yeasts are not certified as such.

CHICKEN SEASONING BLEND
