Steps:
- Heat oven to 375.
- In small bowl,mix the flour,baking powder& soda& salt.
- In large bowl,combine the butter,sugars& vanilla extract.
- Beat at high speed,scraping the bowl often,beat mixture until creamy (1-2 minutes).
- Add in the egg,beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
- Reduce the speed to low,gradually adding in flour mixture.
- Beat well after each addition (1 to 2 minutes).
- With your hands,stir in the white chips,coconut& nuts.
- By rounded TB,drop the dough onto nongreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
- Let cookies cool for 2 minutes before removing to cool on rack.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well, set aside.
- In a large bowl with a mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to until it forms a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until fully combined.
- Add the flour mixture, macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips, and blend on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Move immediately to cooling rack.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place oatmeal in a blender and process into a fine powder. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
- Place coconut in the blender and process until finely chopped. Add to the bowl with the oatmeal. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl; mix well and set aside.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a bowl. Add egg and vanilla extract. Add butter mixture to the bowl with the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. - Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread macadamia nuts and coconut over a cookie sheet; roast, stirring every 2 minutes, until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Increase heat to 375 degrees. Whisk flour, baking soda and baking powder together in a medium bowl; set aside.

- Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer on high speed. Add the coconut, egg, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until dough forms. Mix in the white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
- Preheat the oven to 300 F while you let the dough rest for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Measure out about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the dough and form a ball. Drop each ball of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Do not overbake! Cookies should come out of the oven appearing slightly browned, yet undercooked.

- First, whisk the flour, baking soda, corn starch, salt, cinnamon and cloves together in a mixing bowl. Set it aside. Heat the butter in a small pot on the stove over medium heat. Let it gently melt and bubble just until it starts to smell nutty and turn golden brown. Set it aside to cool. Get out a stand mixer and fit it with the paddle attachment. Combine the two sugars in its bowl. Add in the cooled brown butter and beat them together thoroughly for a couple of minutes. Add in the egg and egg yolk and let them get completely mixed in. Then pour in the two extracts. Finally, turn the speed to low and slowly pour in the dry ingredients. Turn off the mixer and switch to a spatula to thoroughly fold in the white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and coconut. Set the bowl of dough in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
- When the dough is chilled, pre-heat the oven to 350 and line two sheet trays with silpat mats. Scoop the dough into small mounds and roll them into balls the size of your palm. Line them up on the sheet trays, leaving some room to let them spread. Bake one tray at a time so that the baking is completely even, for 12 minutes. Let them cool, then remove them to a cooking tray to finish cooling. Repeat until all of the dough is gone. With the size I made mine, I got 40. Once they are cooled completely, pack them in sealed containers. They will keep for a week!
