- Preheat oven to 425°. Place salad dressing in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip pork chops in dressing, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Place on a rack in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Mix water, soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and minced garlic in a deep bowl; add pork chops and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Cook the pork chops on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 5 to 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

ZIPPY GRILL PORK CHOPS
I have not tried this recipe yet. I cut it out of Quick Cooking (I THINK...could have been Taste of Home) several years ago and it sounds really good, so I'm going to have to give it a go here sometime soon! UPDATE 4-13-07: I finally tried this recipe last night. If I could rate my own recipe, I'd give it 4 stars. It is indeed really easy and tastes good, but I think next time I might add some cayenne pepper or cajun seasoning (or both) to put more "zip" in the "zippy."

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- In a bowl, mix together the seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and smoke flavoring until thoroughly combined. Rinse pork chops, and sprinkle the wet chops on both sides with the spice mixture. With your hands, massage the spice rub into the meat; allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Grill the chops over indirect heat until no longer pink inside, about 12 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow chops to stand for 10 more minutes before serving.

- Preheat grill to med heat.
- Pierce both sides of chops several times with a fork.
- Place in a shallow dish.
- Combine dressing and mustard.
- Pour half of dressing sauce mixture over dish
- Refridgerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
- Grill chops 7 - 8 min per side or until chops are cooked through (160 degrees).
- Brush occasionally with reserved dressing mixture.

- Place the pork chops in a suitable marinating dish or a large Ziploc bag. Pour over the marinade and make sure the pork chops are all covered in the the marinade. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes but up to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for at least 5 minutes on the highest setting. Add the pork chops then cook for 2-3 minutes per side, rotating, and turning to make sure the chops are evenly browned. If the fat cap is very big, stand the chops on the fat side and allow to cook and the fat to render for a few minutes.
- Take the chops off the heat when their internal temperature reaches 145ºF / 62ºC, cover with foil and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
