- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove from skillet.
- Add water and peppers to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Top with chicken.
- Spoon salsa over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until heated through.

- Mix water and margarine in 13x9 baking dish until margarine is melted.
- Stir in the stuffing mix and 1/4 cup of the salsa.

- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Sprinkle cheese over top and bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by tablespoonfuls evenly into bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in bell peppers; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until just slightly crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken, salsa and chili powder.
