- Top with one of your favorite combinations:.
- • Apricot Relish: Blend together diced red bell pepper, red onion, apricot preserve, fresh lemon juice and cayenne pepper in saucepan then simmer 10 minutes.
- • Bacon Sauerkraut: Mix together sauerkraut, sliced yellow onion, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, pepper and Schwan's Fully Cooked Bacon Slices, diced.
- • Corn and Black Bean Salsa: Blend together olive oil, diced red onion, red bell peppers, black bean, Schwan's Super Sweet Corn, garlic salt, black pepper and lime juice.
- • Bacon Jam: Saute sliced red onion, add ½-cup water and sugar then cook until thicken. Next stir in chopped Schwan's Fully Cooked Bacon Slices then serve.
- • Spicy Jack Brats with Peppers and Onions: Top with Schwan's Roasted Peppers and Onions,shredded pepper Jack cheese and sliced jalapeno peppers.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
- Add mince. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon, or until browned.
- Mix cornflour and 1 tablespoon of stock to form a paste.
- Add remaining stock, sauces and Vegemite to mince. Bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 8 minutes or until thick. Cool.
- Preheat oven to 220°C Place a baking tray into oven. Grease 4 x 8cm base measurement pie pans.
- Cut 4 x 15cm circles from shortcrust pastry. Use to line bases and sides of pans. Fill with mince.
- Brush rims with water. Cut 4 x 15cm circles from puff pastry. Place over meat. Press to seal. Trim. Brush with egg. Season.
- Place pies onto hot tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

FRENCH FRY MELT
This is one of my favorite recipes I first saw it in TA truck stops when I used to travel and then started making my own bigger version. French Fry Melts can be used for lunch, dinner or snacks.

Steps:
- Cut bacon into pieces and place in skillet for 5-10 min on medium heat until crispy (not burned/black).
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Pour french fries on pan.
- Place pan in oven in on middle rack.
- Bake for 15-20 min until done (to your taste).
- Grab spatula and separate fries into 3 plates.
- Crumble bacon and cheese over each plate of fries.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (recommend ranch).
