Steps:

• Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend on slow speed until frothy and well combined. Pour into a rocks glass and serve immediately.

• Beat the ice cream in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, adding enough red gel food coloring to make the ice cream hot dog-colored. Return to the freezer if the ice cream gets too soft.
• Lay out 8 small sheets of plastic wrap. Quickly scoop some ice cream onto a sheet of plastic; use the plastic to form a hot dog shape, twisting the ends; freeze. Repeat to make more hot dogs; freeze 1 hour.

Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mix in the Oreos in the last few minutes. Transfer to a container or loaf pan, cover and freeze. Soften slightly, scoop and serve frozen.

• In blender, combine brandy, creme de cacao, and chocolate syrup. Blend at medium speed until well-mixed. Add the softened ice cream in large chunks. Blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Whisk the chocolate mixture into the remaining milk mixture and simmer the hot chocolate, whisking, for 2 minutes. Stir in the Cognac and the crème de cacao. (For a frothy result, in a blender blend the hot chocolate in batches.) Divide the hot chocolate among mugs and top it with the whipped cream and the shaved chocolate.
