Aunt Nellie's Cabbage Fritters image

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except oil, and mix well.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into skillet; be sure not to overcrowd skillet.
  • Cook two to three minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Remove to a paper towel lined plate, repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately.
