Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and 1 cup onion, crumbling meat, until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, process cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until cheese is melted, 4-6 minutes., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. or 3-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon. Top with Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Top with tomatoes, pickles and remaining onion.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels.
• Spread bacon into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover. Spread potato nuggets over the bacon.
• Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour over the layer of potato nuggets. Top with Cheddar cheese.

• 1. Cook ground beef with onions; drain fat. 2. Cook bacon slices in microwave until crispy & crumble. 3. Stir ketchup and mustard into ground beef. 4. Spread mixture into 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top & cover with shredded cheese. 6. Top with layer of tater tots. 7. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. 8. Top with drizzle of ketchup and mustard.

• Heat oven to 400ºF.
• Brown ground beef with onions in skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
• Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ingredients.
• Bake 30 to 35 min. or until casserole is heated through and potato nuggets are golden brown.

• Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
• In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning, soup and sour cream; stir to blend completely.
• Place half of the frozen potatoes in single layer in baking dish. Spoon beef mixture on top. Top with half of the chopped bacon, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, the remaining frozen potatoes, then remaining 1 cup cheese.
• Bake 40 minutes; top with remaining chopped bacon. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until casserole edges are bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with green onions.

• In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. (When cool crumble and set aside.).
• While bacon is cooking chop and peel (if desired) potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, but not overdone.
• Drain grease from bacon skillet and add onion, green pepper, garlic,ground mustard, and Worcestershire, ground beef and salt/pepper to taste.
• Cook until beef is no longer pink.
• In a medium bowl combine soup, milk, cheese, and sour cream.
• In a large bowl combine drained potatoes, crumbled bacon, drained hamburger, and soup mixture. Add more salt and pepper if desired.
• Grease a 9 by 13 glass pan with non stick spray. Add potato and hamburger mixture. Top with french fried onions.
• Bake 30 minutes at 350.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Cook ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, tater tots, cheese soup and sour cream. Mix until throughly combined. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly.
