- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook until tender but firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
- In a large bowl, mash potatoes with the butter and milk. With a hand mixer, beat in cream cheese and onion. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a little bit of the mashed potatoes. Stir into potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until puffy and lightly browned.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water. Add 1 tablespoon of the Marinade Mix to water. Bring to boil. - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and poke holes in each one with a fork. Bake for 60-75 minutes, until soft.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350°F. Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before slicing in half. Hold the potatoes with a hot pad and scoop the potato centers out and into a large mixing bowl. Discard the skins.
