Ranch dressing mix flavors this easy dip packed with shredded cheese. It's perfect paired with pretzels. Be forewarned, though-it's hard to stop eating once you've started! The beer cheese dip can be made with any type of beer, including nonalcoholic. I've taken it to many parties and I am always asked for the recipe. -Michelle Long, New Castle, Colorado

BEER DIP | BAKING YOU HAPPIER
Beer – The original recipe calls for beer, but I substitute it for Sprite, Sierra Mist, milk, or water. You could also use non-alcoholic beer or ginger ale. Refrigeration – The dip needs to be stored in the refrigerator, but take it out before you are ready to serve to allow it time to soften. If dipping while cold, it’s too firm and the pretzels break when dipping.
