BLOODY MARY
Steps:
- Remove the stems from the tomatoes. Put the tomatoes, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt into a blender, cover and blend on high speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Fill an ice cube tray with about 2 cups of the juice and freeze overnight. Pour the remaining juice into a lidded container and reserve, on the counter, overnight.
- Just before serving, put 3 frozen cubes into each of 4 Collins glasses and add 1 1/2 ounces of vodka to each glass. Stir the reserved juice, pour 4 ounces into each glass and serve immediately.
- Cut each of the tomatoes into 8 pieces and put them into a large glass jar. Add the vodka, stir to combine, and cover. Put in a cool, dark place for at least 5 days and up to 7 days, stirring every day. After 7 days, strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard the solids.
- To store, pour the tomato vodka back into its original bottle, and keep in a cool, dark place.

- Using water, moisten rim of a highball glass. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt on a small plate; dip rim into salt. Discard remaining celery salt from plate. - Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

- Add the tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce, horseradish, celery seed and salt to a pitcher and mix well; add ice. Top with club soda before serving, then divide between 2 ice-filled large glasses.
- For the garnish, push some goat cheese into each cherry pepper. Place 1 on each skewer with a pickle and add to the drinks. Add other garnishes such as salami cubes, pepperoncini and celery stalks and enjoy!

BLOODY MARY (BY THE PITCHER)
My husband brought this recipe to me from our local paper last weekend. He is a Bloody Mary lover and I wouldn't want this one to get away. Dan'l says this recipe is a winner!! Why make one glass, when you can make a pitcher full? This recipe makes 4-5 pint sized servings.

- Combine tomato juice, Clamato juice and vodka in a large pitcher and stir to blend.
- Add remaining ingredients (except hot sauce) and stir with a wooden spoon until all is well blended.
- Taste, then add hot sauce depending on how spicy you like your bloody mary (my husband likes plenty of spice!).
- On a small plate, combine coarse salt and Old Bay seasoning.
- Run a lemon or lime slice around the rim of your glass, then dip the rim into the Old Bay/salt mixture.
- Add ice to your glass (if desired) and pour in the bloody mary mixture.
- Garnish with desired items.

Steps:
- Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt or Tony Chachers, if desired.
- Add ice to glass.
- Mix Vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, Pepper, celery salt and horseradish (if using) and pour in glass.
- Garnish with lemon or lime wedge, celery stalk, green onion or pickled green bean.
GRILLED BLOODY MARY
Steps:
- Light a grill and set it up for direct heat or preheat a grill pan. Brush the grill grates with oil and arrange the tomatoes and lemons cut side down and grill over high heat until well browned on the bottoms, 4 to 5 minutes. Grill 3 of the celery stalks, turning occasionally, until the leaves are dark brown or black and the stalks are blistered in spots, 5 to 6 minutes. Grill the remaining 4 celery stalks just until the leaves are singed, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the tomatoes and fully grilled celery stalks to a food processor and let cool slightly. Squeeze 3 tablespoons of juice from the lemons and add it to the food processor; reserve the lemons. Add the Worcestershire, horseradish, sugar, 1 ½ teaspoons of salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper to the processor and process until as smooth as possible.
- Strain the Bloody Mary mix through a fine sieve into a liquid measuring cup, pressing on the solids; you should have at least 2 cups of mix. Season the mix with more lemon juice, salt and pepper, if desired.
- For each drink: In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine ½ cup Bloody Mary mix with 2 ounces of vodka; close and shake well. Pour the Bloody Mary into a tall ice-filled, garnish with a singed celery stalk and serve with Tabasco or Sriracha, for seasoning. Fill the cocktail shaker with clean ice before making each drink.

- Saute the chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of the butter.
- When golden brown, remove them to the crockpot.
- Add the rest of the butter to the skillet and saute the onions and cook them until tender.
- Sprinkle the flour over the butter and onion mix to form a paste, then add the tomatoes, brown sugar, steak sauce, celery, and the Bloody Mary Mix.
- When heated through, pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

- In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pickle juice, and hot sauce and process until smooth. Transfer to a nonreactive container and add celery salt and black pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice.
