Blue Lemon Drop Martini Recipes

Steps:

• Pre-chill martini glass in freezer. Rim glass with sugar, if desired. Pour into a martini shaker, the vodka, blue curacao and lemonade. Fill with 1 cup ice and shake until well chilled.
• Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon slice.

Steps:

• Put 1 martini glass in the fridge to chill. Mix the white caster sugar with the finely grated zest of the lemon, and set aside.
• Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker and add the triple sec, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake really well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
• Dip the rim of the chilled glass in water, shake off the excess then dip into the sugar and lemon zest mix.
• Strain the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass and enjoy.

• Using lemon slice, moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass; set lemon aside. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Discard remaining sugar on plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add vodka, limoncello and lemon juice; cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
