Steps:

• Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until smooth and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter into peanut butter until evenly combined. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish and press to form a crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
• Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until thick and creamy; pour over crust. Top pie with whipped topping to serve.

Steps:

• Cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
• Add in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla and mix.
• Then add flour oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
• Then stir in CHocolate chips and cinnamon chips.
• Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
• (OPT) You can shape these into pumpkins before baking and when done and cooled decorate with frosting or peanut butter (I love them just plain).
• I usually eat mine when they are totally cooled.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle pecan chips and flour over melted butter, then mix well and press down to cover bottom of dish. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely.
• For 2nd layer, softened cream cheese (30 seconds in microwave) and add powdered sugar. Mix well, and then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
• For 3rd layer, place milk in mixing bowl and add pudding mix. Whisk until well mixed and slightly thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let this layer set.
• For 4th layer, top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon.
