  • Put all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.

1 1/4 cup(s) blueberries
1/3 cup(s) orange juice
1/3 cup(s) cranberry juice
2 tablespoon(s) honey (optional)
1 1/2 cup(s) vanilla frozen yogurt
2 - ice cubes
1/16 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process for about 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Top with additional blackberries and yogurt if desired.

2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries

Steps:

  • Put the blueberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass with a glass straw to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint, if you like.
