Steps:
- Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment; set the whites aside. Add the mayo, ranch and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and whip until smooth. Fold in the blue cheese and diced celery using a rubber spatula.
- Using a small spoon, fill each egg white half with a generous mound of filling. Top with the extra blue cheese and reserved celery leaves and serve.
BUFFALO BLEU CHEESE DEVILED EGGS

- Cut each egg in half and remove yolk. Place yolk into a bowl and pulverize with a fork until powdery. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, celery and buffalo sauce. Mix well. Scoop contents into a ziploc bag. Seal bag and cut tip off end. Squeeze contents into each egg white. Top with Bleu Cheese Crumbles Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce - only if you want a little extra kick. Serve immediately.

- Hard-boil a dozen eggs, let cool, then peel and halve lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks; mash with 1/4 cup each mayonnaise and finely chopped celery and 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce. Spoon into the egg whites and top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped celery leaves.

- Place 6 eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise; scoop out the yolks. Put the whites in a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's) and 1/4 cup water; refrigerate 1 hour. Mash the yolks with 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese; season with salt and pepper. Drain the whites, pat dry and fill with the yolk mixture. Top with more blue cheese, sliced celery and more hot sauce.

- Place the eggs in cold water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, turn off the heat and let sit for 13 minutes. Prepare an ice bath, drop the eggs into it and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Remove the eggs; peel and split lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and put them in a medium bowl. Add the hot sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream and celery to the yolks and mix to combine. Pipe or scoop the filling back into the egg white cavities. Garnish with blue cheese, celery leaves and more hot sauce.

- Place eggs in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise; place egg yolks in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork; stir in ranch dressing and hot Buffalo sauce until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag; snip off one corner of the bag.
