Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, pepper and salt. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove skillet from heat.
- In a bowl, mix together salad dressing, vinegar and cheese. Toss together pasta, chicken, lettuce, and dressing mixture. Place in large serving bowl, and sprinkle with tomato. Garnish with croutons and Parmesan curls, if desired.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except croutons and Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
- Add cooked pasta; stir to combine.
- Spoon pasta mixture into ungreased 2-quart round casserole.
- Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and croutons are golden brown.
CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD
Toss grilled chicken, romaine and fresh tomatoes with pasta in a creamy Caesar dressing.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, Parmesan, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper together in a large bowl.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Add it to the large bowl and set aside.
- Prepare a grill or grill pan for medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Lightly oil the grill grates or grill pan. Grill the chicken, flipping once, until well-marked and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, about 7 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Add the grilled chicken, romaine, celery and tomatoes to the bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. The pasta salad is best if served right away.

- Stir in Caesar dressing; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

- Slice each chicken breast in half to create thinner pieces of equal size. Season each side with lemon pepper seasoning.
