Camp Eden Chocolate Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 150°C.
• Line baking tray with baking paper.
• In a food processor process almond until fine meal.
• Add dates and mix well.
• Add all other ingredients.
• Add enough water to get the mixture to combine but check as you dont want it to sticky!
• Roll mixture into walnut size pieces and flattne lighltly with a fork.
• Bake for 5 minutes.
• Flatten with fork and bake for a further 10 minutes.
• As ithey cool they harden.

• Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients plus raisins, chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and 1 C of the sugar, about 1 minute.
• Beat in the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each, until the batter is fluffy and pale yellow, about 2 to 3 minutes.

• In a medium bowl, wisk together flour and baking powder.
• Using a wooden spoon, fold the flour into the egg batter.
• Mix well. Gently knead the dough in the bowl for about 5 minutes.
• Place the remaining 1/2 C of sugar in a shallow dish.
• Shape pieces of dough into 1&1/2 inch balls.
• Roll in the sugar and place on parchment-lined or lightly greased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
• Flatten gently with tines of a fork to make horizontal lines.
• Bake for 20 minutes or until a light golden color.

• Combine sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Place over medium-high heat and stir until the mixture comes to a full boil.
• Remove from heat and stir in the whole jar of peanut butter. Mix well.
• Add corn flakes to a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over corn flakes and mix well, taking care to coat all of the corn flakes.
• With a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop out and form into 1-2 inch balls, depending on your preference, and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
• Put the chocolate in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for about thirty seconds. Stir until smooth.
• Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies.
