- Line a 9-in. square baking pan with foil. Grease foil with butter; set aside., Combine milk and chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir. Cook 30-60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds, or until chips are melted. Stir in candy bars, M&M's and vanilla. Transfer to prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm., Lift fudge out of pan using foil. Gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 3-inch rows. Cut each row into eight triangles. Gently press M&M's minis into fudge for eyes and mouth; press in pretzels for antlers. Store in an airtight container.

- Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.
- Mix pretzels, corn cereal squares, peanuts, and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over pretzel mixture; stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer; cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

This fudge was included in my Christmas treats that I took to the teachers at school. It was the first to be gone, and I had lots of requests for the recipe!

- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk. Microwave until mixture boils. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave caramels and water until caramels melt. Stir in peanuts. Spread mixture over chocolate layer.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet and milk chocolate chips; microwave until melted. Spread over caramel layer. Chill for 2 hours, or until firm.

EASY REINDEER COOKIE BARS
These soft and sweet reindeer treats are cut out to be the cutest cookies on your tray! Easy enough that anyone can get in on the baking and decorating fun, and so delicious that there'll never be leftovers.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix cookie mix, softened butter, cream cheese and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Spread dough in bottom of pan. Bake 19 to 23 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
- Remove bars from pan by lifting foil; peel foil away. Spread frosting over top. Cut into 27 triangles as follows: Using sharp knife, cut into 3 horizontal rows. Cut each row into 9 triangles so each triangle has about a 2-inch wide base, cleaning knife with paper towel after each cut to keep frosting clean of crumbs. (See diagram below.) Set aside end pieces for snacking.
- For each reindeer: Press 2 halved pretzels on top corners of cookie triangle for antlers, 2 candy eyeballs in center for eyes, 1 brown candy on tip of triangle for nose (use photo as guide). Repeat with remaining cookie triangles. Store covered in airtight container in single layer.

- Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and oil for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
- Continue to microwave, 10 seconds at a time, until smooth, stirring as you go.
- Do not overcook!
- Pour over the cereal mixture and mix well.
- Spread onto wax paper and allow to cool.

- Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate; stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove fudge from pan, using foil handles. Cut fudge into 24 pieces. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
