- Add milk gradually to flavored coffee mix in mug, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp. (3 tsp.) caramel topping until well blended. Top with COOL WHIP and remaining caramel topping.
- Serve immediately.

CLASSIC CARAMEL MACCHIATO
A macchiato is my favorite coffee drink. Most of the time I get it with no flavoring. But this drink is sort of a special occasion thing. What they serve at Starbucks is not really a macchiato at all, but a latte. So if you really want to try a macchiato (never had one before) and find out what it's all about, this is a good choice for you. Of course, if you don't want the flavorings, just prepare it with a shot or two, and a little foam on top. That's a macchiato. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- Place caramel syrup in the bottom of cup.
- Top with freshly prepared hot espresso.
- Spoon very small amount of foamed milk on top of espresso.
- Avoid getting any milk into espresso if you like it dry.
- You can add just a wee bit of milk otherwise, but not a lot (or it won't be a macchiato anymore!).
- If desired, you can top this with whipped cream, and a little bit of warmed caramel topping (squirted from a squeeze bottle is best).
- Serve at once.

CARAMEL MACCHIATO
I love Starbucks Caramel Macchiatos. This is very similar. I make my own caramel recipe #78088. I also make my own vanilla syrup by bioling 1cup of sugar and 1cup of water, remove from heat and tsp vanilla. I usally leave the vanilla syrup out as I like to cut back on my sugar intake. I also use skin milk just to cut back on calories, because they are so good I drink way to many of them!

- Combine milk, syrup and caramel then heat. DO NOT BOIL.Heat in pot whisking till frothy or put in mug and microwave about 90seconds.
- If heating in pot pour into mug. There should be foam on the top.If microwaving in mug use a milk frother to create foam on top of the milk.
- Pour prepared espresso into milk.
- Top with caramel drizzle.

CARAMEL-MACCHIATO DIPPED ICE CREAM CONES
We've added a jolt of caffeine to a traditional ice cream treat.

Steps:
- Put the dulce de leche sauce and espresso powder in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
- Put 1 teaspoon of the espresso-dulce de leche sauce in the bottom of each waffle cone and swirl to completely coat the inside. (If the sauce is too thick to swirl, use a small offset spatula to smear the sauce on the sides.) Add 1 small scoop of coffee ice cream to each cone, then top with 1/2 teaspoon more of the espresso-dulce de leche sauce. Repeat these layers until the ice cream reaches the top of each cone. Using a 1/3-cup ice cream scoop, top each waffle cone with an additional scoop of coffee ice cream and freeze until the ice cream hardens, about 30 minutes. (See Cook's Note.)
- Once the ice cream has set, put the chopped chocolate and vegetable shortening in a small bowl that is deep enough to dip the tops of the cones into and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth, about 2 minutes. Cool until room temperature but still liquid.
- Remove the cones from the freezer and dip the tops of each in the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle each cone with the chopped espresso beans and freeze until ready to serve.
CARAMEL MACCHIATO
If you've got an espresso/cappuccino machine you're well on your way to recreating a top-choice Starbucks coffee drink. For the caramel part, you can use any caramel sauce that you find in the grocery store near the ice cream toppings. Pick your favorite. Just note that to make this recipe work best you'll only need 3 tablespoons of a richer caramel sauce (like the stuff Starbucks uses), but more like 4 tablespoons of a lighter sauce (such as fat-free Smuckers). For the vanilla syrup you can use the bottled syrups, such as those made by Torani, or just whip up a your own clone from scratch. By the way, if you want to make this clone super accurate, pick up bottles of the authentic vanilla syrup and caramel sauce sold in Starbucks stores.

- You can use vanilla syrup from a bottle for the drink or make your own vanilla syrup following this Top Secret Recipe: Simply combine 2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then add 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Store in a covered container.
- To make your coffee drink, add two tablespoon of vanilla syrup to a 16-ounce glass.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh brewed espresso followed by 8 ounces of steamed milk.
- Add 3 to 4 tablespoons caramel sauce to the drink.
- Stir before drinking.

- Put 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup into 16-20oz coffee mug.
- Add vanilla syrup to mug .
- Pour in the coffee.
- Put hot milk in blender and carefully blend until very frothy.
- Make sure cover is on tight! Start the blending on low and move up to high. There will be a good inch of foam on the top if it is hot and done correctly. Be careful though.the steam can cause pressure to build in the blender and the top to pop off.
- Carefully pour the steamed milk over the coffee.
- Drizzle with half the caramel syrup.
- Pile on the whipped cream.
- Drizzle with the remaining caramel syrup.
- Drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup.
- Yummy!

- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 min. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Mix coffee and caramel topping until blended. Place half the cake cubes in 10 parfait glasses; drizzle with half the coffee mixture. Cover with half the cream cheese mixture, then 1/3 of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers.
