- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a medium baking dish with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk. In a third bowl, mix the cheese, bread crumbs, cereal. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then press in the breadcrumb mixture to coat. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter evenly over chicken.
- Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.

CHEAP CHEDDAR CHICKEN BAKE
I call this "cheap" because our supermarket has sales where you buy one package of chicken, you get one free! Sometimes I use a blend of brown rices, including japonica and wehani, but here I used a brown and wild-rice blend. You may have to adjust the cooking times a bit - they're approximate. We thought this was a nice stick-to-your ribs meal!

Steps:
- Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper and place in 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle dry brown and wild rice around and between chicken breasts.
- Arrange broccoli florets around the chicken.
- Mix soup, boiled water, sherry, garlic and nutmeg in bowl, stirring until blended.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli, making sure to cover all the rice in the liquid.
- Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Take baking dish out, remove cover, and place cheese on top.
- Put back in oven and cook for 15 minutes longer, or until the cheese is completely melted.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour melted butter in an even layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; set aside.
- In a third bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and crushed Corn Flakes; set aside.
- Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finish by coating it in the Corn Flake mixture.
- Place coated chicken breasts in prepared pan and use the remaining butter to put a pat of butter on top of each piece of chicken.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Here's what you need: unsalted butter, all purpose flour, half & half, kosher salt, onion powder, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, celery salt, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Kroger® Brand Frozen Broccoli Florets, Kroger® Brand Grilled Chicken Breast Dices, Kroger® Brand 100% Whole Grain Salad Rotini Pasta, Kroger® Brand Italian Herb Focaccia

- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Whisk in the flour until fully incorporated, then toast for about 30 seconds, or until slightly darkened in color.
- Add the half-and-half and whisk until the flour mixture has completely dissolved. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until the liquid has thickened lightly.
- Stir in the kosher salt, onion powder, black pepper, nutmeg, and celery salt. Add the shredded mozzarella and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar, and whisk until completely melted and smooth, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and fold in 1½ cups Kroger® Brand Frozen Broccoli Florets, 1¼ cups Kroger® Brand Grilled Chicken Breast Dices, and the cooked Kroger® Brand 100% Whole Grain Salad Rotini Pasta.

CAMPBELL'S CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE
This is a recipe off the back of a Campbell's soup cream of chicken can. I've modified it to make it a little healthier. Super quick, cheap, and delicious! Enjoy :)

- Put the rice, water, vegetables, and spices in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix well. The spices I like to use are just a little minced onion and some garlic powder.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half and place on top of the rice mixture. Dump the soup on top of the chicken breasts.
- Cover with tin foil.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle a half cup of cheese on top. Let cool.
- Eat whenever the cheese melts.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread cooked egg noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute cubed chicken meat with onion for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Add the soup, milk, peas and carrots and stir together. Season with salt and pepper, paprika and chili powder to taste. Stir until just bubbly and remove from heat.
- Stir chicken mixture into noodles in baking dish until well combined; top with cheese slices, then bread cubes.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until bread is toasted; serve hot.
