Cheaters Mexican Chocolate Almond Milk Recipes

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk, yogurt, almond butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Using a vegetable peeler, shave the chocolate and place on top of each milkshake. Place a straw in each glass and serve.
• Cook's Note: The chocolate can also be grated or finely chopped.

• Combine all ingredients except almond extract and sweetener in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract, sweeten to taste and serve.

• For cake:
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line bottom of 8-inch square baking pan with parchment. Finely grind almonds, chocolate, orange peel and cinnamon in processor. In medium bowl of electric mixer, beat yolks and 3 tablespoons sugar until light yellow and slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Mix in nut mixture (mixture will be very thick). • For sauce:
• Melt chocolate in heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Mix in half and half and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and stir until smooth. Cool. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Let stand at room temperature.)
• Whip cream and sugar until peaks form. Cut cake into squares and place on plates. Top each square with mound of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Arrange orange slices in front of cake squares.

• In a large bowl mix well butter,eggs,milk and extract.
• Add cake mix, chips and walnuts ( if using ).
• Chill dough for 30 minutes.
• Using a 1 Tablespoon sized cookie scoop,place 12 balls of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet, making sure that dough is evenly spaced ( cookies will spread ).
• Bake each sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes,half way though baking time, flatten each cookie slightly and finish baking.
• Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes,then place on wire rack to finish cooling.
