CHEDDAR BROCCOLI CORN BAKE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt 2 T. butter in a large saucepan on low.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in 1/4 cup corn flakes and corn and remove from heat.
- Arrange the broccoli in a 12 X 7 X 2 glass baking dish. (I have used a 9 x 13 and its fine).
- Pour the cheese sauce over broccoli.
- Melt remaining butter in small saucepan. Stir in remaining corn flakes.
- Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and 1-1/4 cups onions; heat through over medium heat, stirring until blended, 4-5 minutes. Stir in broccoli. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.

- In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. In mixing bowl, combine the Rice Krispies cereal and 1 tablespoon of the butter. Set aside for topping.
- To remaining butter in pan, stir in flour. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring 1 minute longer. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in corn.
- Place broccoli in bottom of 10-by-6-by-2-inch (1 1/2-quart) baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over broccoli. Sprinkle with cereal topping. Bake about 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cereal has browned.
