- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine jalapeno peppers, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green chilies in a bowl. Cut the top off of the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Fill the bread bowl with the jalapeno mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

- Beat cream cheese and garlic powder in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in beer. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread onto bottom of 1-1/2 qt. casserole or 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

- Start by melting the butter: to melt the butter, place it in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds on HIGH. Then remove from the microwave and stir. If it is not melted, repeat, microwaving for 10 seconds and stirring, until the butter is completely melted. Add Italian-style panko bread crumbs to the butter and stir until combined, then set aside.
- In a medium-large bowl combine chopped jalapeños, cheddar cheese and sour cream and stir to combine. Spoon into a baking a dish and top with butter bread crumb mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy.

- Add the cream cheese, yogurt or sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, pimientos, most of the jalapeños, most of the green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl and cream together with a spatula, wooden spoon, or electric beater.
- Pour into a 9″ cast iron pan or baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes then broil for 5 minutes. Let the dip cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
