- Stir in beaten eggs and cook the scrambled eggs as usual. Remove to plate.

- Wrap the flour tortillas in paper towels and microwave them for 1 minute to make them pliable. Set them aside.
- Crumble the sausage finely into a large skillet over a medium heat and cook until brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add the butter to a large nonstick skillet over a medium heat. Beat the eggs in a large bowl with the salt and pepper. When the butter has melted, turn the heat to low and pour in the eggs, then the sausage. Slowly cook the mixture, using a wooden spatula to push it around the skillet, until the eggs are totally cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place approximately 1/2 cup of the egg and sausage mixture into a warm tortilla, along with a pinch of cheese. Roll up (do not tuck in the ends). Wrap in a foil square and keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the hash browns and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a medium bowl with the chipotle powder, a sprinkle of salt and a few grinds of pepper until well blended. Pour the eggs over the cooked potatoes and cook, stirring, until the eggs are fluffy and just set, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.
- Warm a tortilla in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat it is until pliable. Top with one-quarter of the avocado slices, one-quarter of the egg mixture and 2 tablespoons each of the Monterey jack and Cheddar. Fold in the two sides and roll up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with remaining tortillas and burrito filling. Serve with salsa on the side.

Steps:
- Cut flank steak into fajita size pieces and place in bowl. Add the taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon lime juice and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice, salt and mash with a fork until soft enough to whisk.
- In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and let heat for 30 seconds. Add marinated meat and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring until meat is browned.
- In a small saucepan heat condensed cheddar cheese for 3 minutes, stir throughout.
- On a griddle warm up flour tortilla until soft. Add cooked meat, add half of guacamole, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 bag of hot cheetos, and warm cheddar cheese.
- Wrap burrito up, fold ends in then each corner of the top side until you can roll the top side up.
- Slice in half.
- Enjoy!

- Fry chopped onions in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add ground hamburger and fry till done. Mix in the seasoning, rice and 1/2 cup salsa.
- In a 9x13" pan put approx 2-3 tbsp of the extra salsa into the bottom of the pan just to coat the pan lightly.
