Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook and stir the broccoli in oil for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the chicken, soup, milk and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is heated through. , Top with the cheese and onions. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with rice.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350.
• Cut chicken breasts into bite size chunks.
• Crush crackers until they are roughly the consistency of breadcrumbs.
• Stir in cheese, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
• Roll chicken pieces in beaten egg and then in cracker crumbs.
• Place on a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
• Serve with honey mustard or ranch.

Steps:

• Put the rice, water, vegetables, and spices in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix well. The spices I like to use are just a little minced onion and some garlic powder.
• Cut the chicken breasts in half and place on top of the rice mixture. Dump the soup on top of the chicken breasts.
• Cover with tin foil.
• Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to an hour.
• Take out of the oven and sprinkle a half cup of cheese on top. Let cool.
• Eat whenever the cheese melts.

Steps:

• In large saucepan bring about 3 quarts water to boil. Add pasta. Return to boiling, cook for 9 minutes. Add frozen mixed vegetables. REturn to boiling, cook for 5-7 minutes more til pasta is tender but slightly firm and vegetables are crisp tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
• For sauce, in a large saucepan cook onion in margarine or butter till tender. Stir in flour and bouillon granules. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring till melted. Stir in cilantro or parsley. Remove from heat.
• Add pasta and chicken or tuna to the sauce, toss to coat. Spoon mixture into a 2 qt baking dish. Cover with foil.
• Bake in a 375 oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Arrange tomato slice halves on top of pasta mixture. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes more until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• Toss peppers and onions together in bowl. Set aside.
• Spray small frying pan with non-stick cooking spray, cook garlic and chicken strips until thoroughly heated.
• For each pita half, fill with layer of chicken, 2 slices of cheese and 1/4 cup pepper mixture. Cover loosely.
• Microwave on High 30 seconds or until cheese is slightly melted. Add lettuce, serve with sour cream.

Steps:

• Cook pierogies according to package directions.
• Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute chicken and onion in butter until juices run clear; remove and keep warm.
• Drain pierogies; add to skillet.
• Cook over medium heat until lightly browned.
• Return chicken mixture to the pan.
• Stir in salt and pepper.
• Sprinkle with cheese.
• Cover and remove from the heat.
• Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
