Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the chicken, salt and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. , In the same skillet, saute carrot in butter and remaining oil for 1 minute. Add onion and celery; saute 3-4 minutes longer or until tender. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute., Stir in the cream, bacon, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Return chicken to the pan., Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture. Garnish with cheese.

Steps:

  • 1. Heat 1 Tbl oil in skillet and cook chicken pieces. Once cooked, set aside.
  • 2. Heat remaining oil, add carrots and cook for 4 minutes. Then add broccoli and minced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • 3. Add cooked chicken pieces, chicken broth, basil and parmesan cheese to vegetable mix and stir and simmer for 4 minutes.
  • 4. Cook pasta according to directions on package and drain.
  • 5. Top noodles with chicken and veggie mix.
  • 6. *If mixture is too dry, you can always add more chicken broth.

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add carrots; cook 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until done. Stir in pesto sauce and 2 Tbsp. cheese; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan. Add remaining butter, remaining cheese, basil and pepper; toss until butter is melted and pasta is evenly coated with butter mixture.

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as the label directs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups cooking water, then drain the pasta. Meanwhile, put the carrots, walnuts, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the red pepper flakes in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the walnut-carrot mixture and the raisins and cook, stirring frequently, until the carrots soften and begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the reserved cooking water and bring to a simmer, then add the pasta, pecorino, lemon juice, parsley, and salt to taste and toss. Divide among bowls and top with more cheese.

Steps:

  • Whisk together flour, black pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, coating evenly; set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; stir and cook the garlic until light brown, about 1 minute. Remove the garlic from the skillet and set aside.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of butter into the skillet with the olive oil. Cook the chicken pieces in the oil and butter over medium-high heat until brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • Pour the wine into the hot skillet and bring to a boil over high heat, scraping the browned pieces from the bottom and sides of the pan. Boil the wine until it is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the chicken broth, reserved garlic, lemon juice and capers. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
