OVEN BAKED CHEEZ-IT CHICKEN TENDERS
This came out of a cookbook I bought for my daughter... but I have to admit that I really like it too! It's a great recipe for your kids to help you make, and they think it's so cool to cook with Cheez-it's!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil (or silpat if you have it).
- Place the Cheez-it's in a zip-lock baggie and give it to your kid to play catch, touch football, whatever. Smack the back a few times with a rolling pin... get the cheese-it's crushed, but don't worry if there are some larger pieces. Pour into a shallow bowl or plate.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the water. Whisk together until combined well. (something else your child can do!).
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then roll around in the crushed Cheez-it's (kids love this part!)
- Place on the cookie sheet, continue until all the chicken is coated.
- Lightly spray all coated chicken with the cooking spray.
- Bake at 350°F about 15 -20 minutes (start checking the smaller ones after 10 minutes. I always pull them out as they get cooked through so that the smallest isn't incinerated by the time the largest piece is done cooking).
CHEEZ-IT CHICKEN
Yummy quick chicken dish! If you use chicken thighs, they come out much juicier, but breasts work too. You can also make this with boneless pork. The key to this recipe is the salad dressing. Use Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic dressing Only (it's the thickest & will hold the cracker crumbs)

Steps:
- Place butter in metal cooking sheet & put in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Pound chicken thin. Roll with mozzarella stick. Dip each chicken roll 1st in shallow bowl of dressing & coat well then dip into 2nd shallow bowl with crushed cheez-its & coat well. Remove cookie sheet of melted butter & spread butter coating sheet well.
- Put rolled, dipped chicken on sheet & bake 25 minute then turn over onto other side & bake another 25-30 minute or until juices run clear.

This recipe is derived from a dish we received after my husband's grandma's funeral. It is SO yummy and just as good reheated!

- Boil and shred chicken breasts.
- Prepare macaroni as directed.
- Mix cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, soups, milk, onion powder, salt/pepper, and 1 cup shredded cheese together.
- Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and Cheez-it crackers.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes uncovered.

BEST CHEEZ-IT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This recipe was given to me by my husband's Aunt Julia. It has been in the family for years. We serve it at all the family gatherings The children love it and are disappointed if someone doesn't make it. I double this to take to potlucks and always get asked for the recipe. This make be refrigerated or frozen before cooking.

Steps:
- Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain well.
- Combine next 6 ingredients to make sauce.
- Combine sauce with broccoli.
- Pour into an 8x8-inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Don't substitute salad dressing for the mayonnaise, it will make the casserole runny.

CHEEZ IT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This is for me, the traditional easy, but tried and true, non-Cheez Whiz, non Velveeta, just good on-hand shredded cheese, with Cheez It crazers broccoli casserole. I had somewhat of a hard time finding it on the web and just that I would post it to make it easy for others. Someone suggested Au Gratin Potatoes with it so I think that's what I'm going to make tomorrow with my Thanksgiving Dinner, which I regretably missed due to sinus/allergy illness. Looking forward to the make-up meal with those I love. Thanks to all of you for your contributions to this website. This is my favorite recipe website and I use it very often.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook Broccoli according to pkg directions, I cook a little less.
- Mix soup, onion, mayo, and cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Drain broccoli very well and mix with soup mixture.
- Fold 1/2 of crushed Cheez It's into broccoli mixture.
- Pour broccoli mixture into 9 x 13 greased dish and top with remaining Cheez It crackers.
- Place in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
BAKED CHEEZ-IT CHICKEN BREASTS
This is fantastic recipe from Vintagevictuals.com, this lady is awesome! My husband absolutely loved it! I didn't see anything like this on here so I thought I would post it on here so everyone could try this delicious recipe. I usually serve this with corn, cheesy potatoes and a biscuit. Yum! Yum! You can also try this recipe with any of the other varieties of the Cheez-its, the cheddar jack and the spicy ones are also really good too. So try them out! :)

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease an oven safe dish that the chicken will fit inches.
- Rinse your chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towel.Very important that you dry the chicken breasts before preparing them, if the chicken isn't dry the seasonings will not stick and neither will the sour cream mixture. Season on both sides with salt and pepper, to taste. In a shallow dish, combine the sour cream and buttermilk. Arrange the crushed Cheez-Its in a second shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast into the sour cream mixture, then into the Cheez-Its so that they adhere and form a crust. Place the chicken in your prepared baking dish, leaving about 1 inch between the breasts.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
