Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the butter and flour in separate shallow dishes. Dredge the chicken strips first in the flour, coating evenly, and then in the butter. Place chicken in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salt, and pepper, to taste. Pour the heavy cream over the chicken. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese melts and cream bubbles, about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pour flour onto flat surface or container.
- Melt butter and pour into shallow bowl.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Dip each chicken strip 1st in flour, then in butter and place in shallow baking dish.
- Pour half& half over chicken.
- Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, then parmesean cheese, then paprika.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
- While chicken is baking, boil egg noodles.
- Serve chicken and sauce over egg noodles.
CHICKEN WITH JULIENNE CHEESY POTATOES
Steps:
- Set oven to 425 degrees F. Mix dry potatoes, sauce mix, water, milk and butter in a baking dish. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Brown the chicken in a sprayed fry pan. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and set aside. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry mushrooms and onions until tender. Boil or microwave carrots in a little water until tender.
- Remove potato casserole from oven and stir in chicken and vegetables. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Add 1/3 cup milk or water if it is too dry. Uncover and bake 5 minutes for a crusty top.

- Season the chicken or turkey in a large mixing bowl with the salt, pepper, and oil.
- Add lemon juice, herbs, celery, onions, romaine and optional walnuts- mix well.
- Taste and add more salt/pepper/lemon juice if required.
- Let mixture marinate for at least 10 minutes, tossing several times.
- Drain any accumulated liquid out of the salad, then fold in just enough mayonnaise to coat the ingredients.
- Garnish before serving, if desired.
- Note: Salad may be prepared a day in advance; cover and refrigerate.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a skillet. Add the diced carrots, onion and celery and cook over moderate heat until softened. Stir in the herbs.
- Wash the chicken rapidly inside and out with hot water and pat thoroughly dry. For easier carving, cut out and discard the wishbone. Pull the neck skin up over the breast and secure it to the back with a toothpick. Salt and pepper the cavity and spoon in the cooked vegetables, a handful of parsley stems and celery leaves and the lemon slices. Massage the chicken all over with 1 tablespoon of the butter, then truss it. Alternatively, tie the ends of the drumsticks together and tuck the wings under the body.
- Choose a flameproof roasting pan that is about 1 inch larger than the chicken. Salt the chicken all over and set it breast up on a rack in the pan. (Thoroughly wash all surfaces and utensils that have been in contact with the raw chicken.)
