  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine chicken, artichokes, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, milk, garlic, onion powder and pepper. Drain pasta; add to chicken mixture., Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, until heated through and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread rice in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Rinse chicken and pat dry; arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.
  • Mix soup and water together and pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top. Cover and seal TIGHTLY with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!

  • Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
  • Mix together rice mixture, bell pepper, artichokes, chicken and green onion and spoon into 9 x 9 square pan.
  • In separate bowl, mix together gravy, sour cream and shredded cheese.

Chicken 'N Rice Casserole (With Artichokes and Peas) image

Steps:

  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a 5 qt Dutch oven and add chicken.
  • Lightly salt and pepper chicken, then cook until lightly browned on each side.
  • Remove chicken from pan.
  • Add another tablespoon of oil to Dutch oven and add onion, garlic and rice and saute until rice is lightly browned.
  • Add broth and next 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Add chicken back to pot and top with tomatoes and artichokes.
  • Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes and stir about mid point.
  • Add frozen peas, cover casserole and cook 5 to 10 more minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
