CHICKEN SLIDERS WITH SESAME SLAW
Everyone loves barbecue chicken sliders. My version has an Asian twist, with spicy, tangy flavors. At our potlucks, they quickly vanish. -Priscilla Yee, Concord, California

- Place onion and chicken in a 4-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, teriyaki sauce, sherry, ginger and salt. Pour over chicken. Cook, covered, on low for 6-7 hours or until a thermometer reads 170°., Remove chicken; cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sesame oil and chili sauce until blended. Stir in coleslaw mix, cherries and cilantro. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each bun bottom; top with about 2 tablespoons slaw. Replace tops.

BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS WITH CELERY-BLUE CHEESE SLAW

Steps:
- To a medium-sized, straight-sided pan, add the butter and melt over medium heat. Once melted, add the buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder and whisk to incorporate. Bring the mixture up to a simmer and stir in the shredded chicken. Turn the heat down to low and let simmer until the chicken is heated through and evenly coated in the sauce, about 5 minutes.
- To assemble: Lay the Hawaiian slider rolls on a clean work surface, cut side-up. Using tongs, transfer the buffalo chicken to the bottom half of the rolls. Top each with celery slaw. Spoon the remaining buffalo sauce on the cut-side of the top buns. Place the top half on and skewer each slider.
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and toss to combine. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
SESAME CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH VEGETABLE SLAW

- For dressing:
- Puree honey, ketchup, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger in processor until smooth. With machine running, gradually add soy sauce. (Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- For slaw and skewers:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Cover slaw and refrigerate. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
- Mix chicken with 1 cup dressing in medium bowl to coat. Marinate chicken 1 hour at room temperature.
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Thread 1 chicken strip onto each wooden skewer. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds. Grill skewers until chicken is charred and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken skewers to plate.
- Toss slaw with 1/3 cup of remaining dressing. Divide slaw among 8 plates. Top slaw on each plate with 2 chicken skewers and serve.
PULLED CHICKEN AND SLAW SLIDERS

Steps:
- To prepare slaw, whisk all ingredients together, except cole slaw mix, in a large bowl. Add cole slaw mix and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To prepare chicken, combine barbecue sauce, vinegar and chicken in a bowl. Microwave about 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- To serve, place chicken on bun bottoms. Spoon slaw on top of chicken. Place remaining bun halves on top.
SWEET CHILI CHICKEN SLIDERS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: boneless, skinless chicken thighs, flour, eggs, panko bread crumbs, vegetable oil, green cabbage, large carrot, Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, salt, slider buns, mayonnaise, Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce, fresh cilantro leaf

- Chicken: Sprinkle chicken generously with salt. Place flour in a medium-size shallow bowl. Place eggs in a second bowl, and panko in a third bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to each bowl and stir to combine. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour, shaking off the excess. Move the chicken to the egg and dip to coat, then coat with an even layer of panko.
- In a large skillet, heat ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) of vegetable oil to 350ºF. Place a few chicken pieces in oil, not crowding the pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the second side or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Remove chicken from pan and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.
- Slaw: Combine cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, and salt to make dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to combine.
- Assembly: Swipe a little mayonnaise on the bottom of each slider roll. Place a piece of chicken. Pour a teaspoon or two of Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce on the chicken. Add a bit of slaw and top with a few cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.

HONEY JALAPEñO CHICKEN SLIDERS RECIPE BY TASTY

- Make the chicken burger: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Press half of the chicken mixture into an 11 x 10-inch (23 x 21 cm) rectangle in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the chicken patty and layer the jalapeños on top. Top with the remaining chicken mixture, spreading evenly.
- Bake the chicken burger for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- While the burger cooks, make the sauce and slaw. For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon, and honey in a small bowl.
- For the slaw, toss together the green and red cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl. Add the salt and rice vinegar and toss well.
- Using a serrated knife, gently cut the slider buns in half to create a large top and bottom bun for the burger. Spread the bottom bun with the some of the sauce.
- Using a spatula, transfer the burger patty to the bottom bun. Top with the slaw, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and cover with the top bun.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, and sesame seeds. Brush the glaze over the top bun.
- Slice between each row of buns, creating 12 sliders.
- Serve warm.

- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime zest and lime juice. In another small bowl, combine slaw ingredients. Chill sauce and slaw until serving., Cut each chicken breast in half widthwise; flatten to 1/2-in. thickness.
