Steps:

  • Fry bacon. Remove bacon from pan. Put on low heat. Add onions and peppers. Cook till slightly tender. Add flour cook till browned. Add tomatoes and water just so its thinned out a little bit. Put on medium heat and boil. Then put on simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with Rye Butter Bread -- or whatever bread you like.
