This is a no-bake pudding dessert that's so quick and easy to make--everyone loves it. I always keep the ingredients on hand in case I need a quick dessert. It's best if it sits overnight before serving.

Steps:
- Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers.
- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; stir well. Mix whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding.
- Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving to allow the graham crackers to soften.

GRANDMA'S GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING
A wonderful, very rich pudding recipe that is one of our family's favorites. My husband's grandma makes it every Thanksgiving and Christmas. This delicious dessert never lasts long, and it's very filling, too.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and 2/3 of the crushed graham crackers. Press lightly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix milk, salt, egg yolks, vanilla, white sugar, and cornstarch. Stirring constantly, cook until thickened, about 12 minutes. Pour into the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then mix in confectioners' sugar. Spoon over the mixture in the baking dish, and top with remaining crushed graham crackers.
- Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.

- Cut graham crackers in half, making 18 rectangles. Place nine rectangles in an ungreased 8x4-in. loaf pan; set aside. , In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. - In a double boiler or metal bowl over simmering water, heat the milk, butter and chocolate until chocolate is melted (chocolate may appear curdled)., Combine sugar, flour and salt. Sprinkle over chocolate mixture (do not stir). Cover and continue to cook in a double boiler over medium-low heat, 20 minutes. With a wooden spoon, stir until smooth. Remove from the heat., Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and a thermometer reads 160°. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to dessert dishes., Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. If desired, top with whipped cream.

NO BAKE PUDDING GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE
This cake takes no time to put together , is so light you could eat the entire thing yourself. We stole this recipe from my cousin who guarded with her life for years.

Steps:
- Make both the Vanilla and Chocolate pudding as directed on the box.
- Take the whipping cream and mix on high speed until it becomes the consistency of cool whip.
- Mix the whipping cream and the vanilla pudding together.
- Start layering graham crackers covered with chocolate and vanilla pudding, alternating between the two flavors. I always use a rectangular serving platter.
- When Chocolate pudding is gone use remaining vanilla pudding mixture to cover the entire cake (just like you were icing it).
- Drizzle chocolate sauce in lines across the top of the cake(no need to be perfect), take a knife and drag it in the opposite direction of the syrup lines to make a nice patter.
- Refrigerate the entire cake at least 3 hours.
- The graham crackers will absorb the moister from the pudding and become soft like cake.
- Cut on the corner going in to create a neat looking slice.
- Good Luck with leftovers because there never is any.

- Crust: Combine first three ingredients (graham, sugar and marg).
- Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 pan.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- 1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and milk till smooth.
- Fold in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (1/2 a container).
- Spread over crust.
- 2nd Layer: Beat pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk for 2 minutes.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill hours or overnight.
- 3rd Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over top, or before serving put dollop of Cool Whip on top of each piece.

- Lay a single layer of graham crackers in bottom of 13x9 in pan.
- Mix together cream cheese, cool whip, and Splenda.
- Spread over top of the graham crackers.
- Lay another layer of graham crackers over the cream cheese layer.

- Blend pudding mix with milk by beating with a mixer until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until well blended and set aside.
- Layer a 9x13" baking pan with one layer of graham crackers.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture onto the crackers.
- Repeat by adding another layer of graham crackers and another layer of pudding.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- For the icing, sift the cocoa and confectioner's sugar until lumps are removed.
