Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease twelve muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, stir together milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until blended.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
- Add milk mixture and stir just to combine.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Now bake for 15-20 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center of one muffin comes out clean.
- Remove muffin tin to wire rack.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove from tins to finish cooling.
- Serve warm or completely cool.
- These muffins freeze well.

Beat in the eggs and buttermilk, Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the cereal and chocolate chips., Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 14-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.

- Combine the 1-1/2 cup cereal and boiling water in a medium bowl; blend well and allow to cool.
- Add buttermilk, oil and egg; blending well.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; stir in cereal mixture, mini chips and chopped apricots.
- Stir until moistened.
- Spray six 5- to 6-oz custard cups with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill each cup half full with batter and sprinkle each with 2 tsp.
- bran flake cereal.
- Microwave on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes, turning 1/4 turn at end of each minute, or until wooden toothpick inserted off center comes out clean.
- Tops will appear moist, let them stand several miutes.
- Repeat the cooking procedure for remaining batter or place the left over batter in the fridge and store for another day.

- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
- Grease 12 regular size muffin tins or line with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl sift together the flour with cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- In another large bowl whisk togther milk, egg, oil and vanilla until well combined.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases. Sift the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl, then stir in the chocolate chips and sugar. Add the beaten eggs, yogurt and butter, and stir to combine. It doesn't matter if the mixture looks a bit lumpy, it's more important not to overmix or the muffins will turn out tough.

- Mix the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl. Rub in the butter untill the mixture is like breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and the chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl mix the eggs , milk and vanilla extract together , then pour the mixture all at once into the dry ingredients and mix briefly.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes or until risen , golden and firm to touch. cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
- after 10 minutes of cooling in the tin , transfer to a cooling rack or serve straight away.

- Sift flour and sugar together; combine with butter and mix until crumbly.
- Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs to sprinkle on top of muffins before baking.
- Put vinegar in a measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1 cup of fluid and stir.
- To milk, add soda and stir.
- Add this to dry mixture and stir just until mixed.
- Add chocolate chips (more is better).
- Pour batter to fill 2/3 of muffin tins. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
- Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
